Spontaneous Action Potentials Tracker (SAP Tracker, ST) is a new tool supporting the process of analyzing electrical signals in plants. The program works on data imported in .txt and .csv formats. SAP Tracker links mathematical algorithms with a graphical method for visualizing and describing SAPs parameters.

The ST program has the following functionalities:

loading data from .csv or .txt files
data visualization
noise elimination
export of SAPs parameters to a .csv or .xls file/table
